I would like to thank you for the amazing help with the flowers. By the time we got done putting them in a vase and arranging the flowers just the way me and my mom wanted them they looked absolutely beautiful. My girlfriend loved them, I will recommend you to all of my friend who need help with flowers and bouquets. Also I noticed there were a few extra stems in the flowers we were given i would like to thank you for those too. I could have never figured out what the correct name for the lily was with out your assistance. Once again thank you so much for all of your help!

Hi Folks,
I called yesterday from Red Wing, MN and ordered flowers for a friends birthday. You may recall I told you that I had ordered flowers through FTD. FTD had a dozen flowers shipped inside a cardboard box in a vase without water via UPS. Needless to say that the flowers arrived at my friends house dead. Nice impression huh. But your shop made it right. You delivered a beautiful arrangement just moments ago. That would have been enough. But you also remembered the story, wished my friend a happy belated birthday and apologized for the other delivery problem (which was not your issue). What great service. Our friends were touched by your friendliness and courteousness. I can not wait to use your shop again. Please feel free to post this on your testimonial page.

I must say, I order flowers often on behalf of my boss, for delivery all around the USA. In the last two days I’ve ordered flowers and gifts for four different occasions, in different cities. This is typical.

You have been the most responsive, friendliest person I’ve worked with, and the only one who sent me a receipt! I expect the others will, but I want you to know I’m impressed and very appreciative.

I regularly search the internet for local florists in the delivery area of my recipients, and when I Googled Phoenix and found your site, Roadrunner was the only one with ONLY positive reviews. There were several others, but they each had more than two negative reviews. It’s tough to know for sure doing something like this, but I know I’m going to want to keep your information on-hand for future deliveries in the Phoenix area.

Tina, I'm the lady that you put the flowers behind the Harley Davidson. I called to tell you the flowers were just beautiful. I've driven them back to Texas with me, and they're as pretty today as they were the day you delivered. And thanks so much for keeping in touch with me to arrange the delivery.
